Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.  To remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipments as "gifts." BACK-ORDERED & PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

U.S. ORDERS: All back-ordered and pre-ordered items ship separately from in-stock items in one final shipment, so that as a courtesy to you, in-stock items may arrive to you sooner. Approximate shipping dates of pre-ordered and back-ordered items are indicated on the listing’s drop-down menu as, “Early” (1st-10th of the month), “Mid” (10th-20th of the month), or “Late” (20th-31st of the month).  These dates are our best estimates and are subject to change at any time. Subsequent shipping methods are chosen at our discretion. You will receive a confirmation email when the remainder of your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders containing back-ordered or pre-ordered items will ship in one shipment as soon as the entire order is available for shipping.

Grace and Lace reserves the right to hold orders with back-ordered and pre-ordered items for up to 10 business days in order to ship complete. To avoid unforeseen delays, you may order in stock items separately from back-ordered and pre-ordered items.

MAIL

LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us via our contact page and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service. Thank you for your understanding with this.

RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to Grace and Lace. If the package does return, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
