I love the striped floral tee because it has my favorite combination of prints, stripes and flowers! The material is very comfortable and stretchy. It is also so easy to wear, just throw on with a pair of denim shorts or jeans for a cute summer look.

What is your favorite part about working for Grace and Lace?
I love that Grace and Lace is family friendly. Being a working mom, I have a career and still work around my kid's schedules.

I loved the Company picnic. It was an awesome day by the river, hanging out and enjoying potluck and BBQ.

My shoe size is a dainty 12. I love to play volleyball. A long time ago, I used to be the youngest birder in my Audubon chapter.

Hiking with my two daughters and husband, usually in the heat of Texas.

Vacationing in Grand Cayman, but that will probably have to wait until 2022. I'll be dreaming about it in 2021, though!

Hi Kristie, Just read your bio and wanted to thank you for your part in making Grace & Lace such an incredible company. I’m retired now, but worked for a family-friendly company in our small mid-west town. I loved being near my kids at school & the flexibility to attend activities. I have 2 girls also, however they’re grown adults now. I ended up staying at my job 26 years. It’s difficult enough trying to manage a job, kids, and a household without a flexible work schedule. I’ll be praying for you. I love Grace & Lace – it’s all I wear anymore!
