COUPON CODES

Coupon codes must be entered at checkout to qualify, and must be entered after all items have been added to the cart. Only one code may be applied per purchase. Promotional codes cannot be applied to orders outside of the promotional period. Coupon codes cannot be used during site-wide promotions, or on items marked New, Sale, Imperfect, As-Is, or Final Few.  Unless it is part of a promotion, free shipping is not automatically applied, and can only be done so with a coupon code. Shipping discount codes do not apply to orders outside of the U.S. or to any wholesale orders.

SHIP50 CODE RESTRICTIONS: Free shipping is valid on orders with a subtotal of $50 or more that are shipped within the 50 United States via USPS First Class only. Eligible customers must enter the code during checkout in order to receive free shipping.  Cannot be applied with any other offers or codes. Separate orders cannot be combined into one shipment.

PROMOTIONS

Restrictions apply to all promotions. Promotions are valid during the specified date range only, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.  Promotional codes must be entered at checkout (when applicable). No additional coupon codes may be applied to promotional offers. Grace and Lace reserves the right to change or end promotions at any time.

AS-IS SALE: Valid February 20, 2017 at 9:00am CST, while supplies last. Not valid on previous purchases. Coupons do not apply. Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. All sales final; no returns, exchanges, or order changes. Separate orders cannot be combined into one shipment.

PRICE SLASHES: Valid during promoted dates only, or while supplies last. Not valid on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Coupon codes do not apply.

B2G1 OFFERS: Valid only on day(s) promoted, or while supplies last.  No substitutions. Coupon code required. Not valid on previous purchases.  Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Free gifts may not be exchanged or refunded. Should you decide to return or exchange the items that qualified your order for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned in brand new condition in order to obtain a full refund for the cost of the purchased items (minus shipping). Should the free gift no longer meet the requirements for a return, or should you chose to keep it when returning your purchased items, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

Should you decide to return or exchange the item(s) purchased that qualified your order for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned in brand new condition in order to obtain a full refund for the cost of the purchased items (minus shipping). Should the free gift no longer meet the requirements for a return, or should you chose to keep it when returning your purchased items, we offer two options: receive a refund for the purchased items, minus the retail value of the free gift - or - receive store credit for the purchased items and keep the gift free of charge.

SITE-WIDE SALES: Valid during promoted period only, or while supplies last.  Excludes items marked “new”, “sale”,  “imperfect”, “final few”, and “as-is”, unless otherwise noted. Some offers include free USPS First-Class shipping within the 50 United States.  Not valid on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

BOGO/FLASH SALES: Valid only on day promoted, or while supplies last.  Not valid on previous purchases.  Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. No substitutions. Free gifts may not be exchanged or refunded. Should you decide to return or exchange the item(s) that qualified your order for a free gift, the free gift(s) must also be returned in brand new condition in order to obtain a full refund for the cost of the purchased item(s) (minus shipping). MARKETPLACE COUPONS: Coupon valid thru date indicated on coupon. One time use. Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, including “Sale” items.

GIFT CARDS: Gift card purchases are excluded from all promotional offers.

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS/COMMENTS

Please know that we cannot guarantee to honor any requests left in the "Order Instructions/Comments" box that appears during checkout. Due to limitations with our software, notes added in this box are not easily recognized during processing, however it is unfortunately not an option within our software for us to remove this box from appearing. We are also unable to make changes to orders once they begin processing. If you have a special request you'd like to inquire about, please instead notify us via our contact  page. If we receive your request prior to your order processing and it is a request we are able to honor, we are happy to do so at that time.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by checking account, credit card, or PayPal. We also have gift cards.  Please note that we charge for all items at point of sale rather than at point of shipment.

SALES TAX: Due to state tax laws, we are required to charge local sales tax only in our home state of Texas.

GIFT CARDS

ORDERING: Two types of gift cards are available for purchase on our gift cards page: a classic gift card sent via mail, or a printable eCard delivered via email. To ensure proper and immediate delivery, gift cards must be purchased as a single item, separate from all other items. Electronic gift cards are automatically delivered electronically, to the address indicated in the “delivery email” field of the order form. If you have not received your gift card within 2 business days, please be sure to check your junk/spam mail folder, as emails are sometimes automatically filtered there.  If you are still unable to locate it, please send us an email via our contact page.

USAGE & TERMS: Gift cards may be used for making purchases at www.graceandlace.com only. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards have no expiration date. Gift card purchases cannot be applied toward “minimum purchase required” offers or any other promotional offers. DAMAGED ITEMS/ORDER ERRORS

Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, although our fulfillment error rate is far below industry average, mistakes do sometimes happen. For these reasons it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us via our contact page within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of this time frame.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

CANCELLATIONS:  We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible and because of this the window for cancelling orders is very short.  If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing we are no longer able to cancel your order.  However, when you receive the shipment, it will contain specific instructions on how to return items for a refund (minus the shipping charges) should you wish to do so.

ORDER CHANGES: Due to processing time and inventory counts, we cannot honor change requests to orders once they have been submitted. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.
