True to size tired maxi-skirt/pants with smocked elastic waistband. Fabric is woven with no stretch. Shorts lining is knit with stretch. This style is slightly fitted through hip and upper thigh with a flowy leg. If between sizes, size up for a more relaxed look or for more of a "skirt" appearance.

Love these pants ! Very flattering.
Everyone wears the maxi skirts, but that’s just not for me. However, these wide leg flowy pants that look a lot like a skirt are something I will wear. They are a bit high waisted for me, but will work with the right top.
These are the cutest most comfortable pants! Great fabric, dress up or down. Totally exceeded my expectations!
It’s OK I’m gonna keep it because it wasn’t expensive but it’s weird fitting like it has shorts and it goes halfway down your thigh. It just feels strange when it’s on.
Hi Marci - The lining is there to prevent sheerness on the body. If not preferred, you can cut out the shorts lining if that's something that would feel better for you personally. You can also cut them in a way that the lining becomes more of a "skirt" than shorts.
