Tiered skirt with ruffle details. Smocked waistband has a lot of stretch. Woven fabric has no stretch. Stay in your normal size. If between sizes, you can size up for length.

This skirt IS as Mel would say ‘so stinkin cute!!!” A great and comfortable fit and so many colors in it to match!
Such a great print and can be dressed up & down with either sneakers or sandals.
