Hot Therapy: Delivers hot warm moist heat to stiff necks, arthritic joints, migraines, cramps, pulled or tight muscles.
Cold Therapy: Deliver cold relief to sore and tight muscles, headaches, bumps and bruises, inflammation and any acute injury, such as an ankle sprain or muscle strain
Directions for filling and use: - Place a funnel into stitch opening of inner muslin bag - Fill bag with 3-3.5 cups of regular raw/uncooked long or short grain rice (not instant) - Pull single long thread to cinch closed and secure with a hand tied knot. (This will permanently close the bag) - Heat in microwave for 60-90 seconds, or in 20sec increments for desired warmth - Slide muslin rice filled bag into bambu sleeve - relax and enjoy
Care: Do not wash filled liner. Outer sleeve: Machine wash cold in garment bag with like colors. Mild detergent. Reshape and dry flat. Cool iron if needed. Always remove bambu outer sleeve for heating and/or washing

Unless otherwise noted, all measurements are standard design measurements of the garment laying flat. Double the number for circumference. This does not include any stretch the garment might have. Please allow up to a 1/2" tolerance for each measurement.
