The minimum wholesale purchase for both initial and reorders is 15 items (this may be mixed and matched between colors and styles to meet the minimum). All products and pricing are subject to change.
We accept credit cards (AMEX, M/C, Visa, Discover) and Paypal as payment.
Payment is collected at check out as you place your order, even on items that are preordered.
Selling our Items:
Grace and Lace products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than prices quoted on our website. Grace and Lace products sold in stores must be sold at retail price. Discounts for sale under retail are only allowed if the stock remains post-season. Grace and Lace products cannot be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail. Grace and Lace products cannot be sold online or in store to wholesale or discount outlets. Because Grace and Lace operates our own Etsy shop, we cannot partner with retailers who are interested in selling Grace and Lace items in their own Etsy shops.
All Items purchased from Grace and Lace are under the protection and trademark Grace and Lace, and must display the Grace and Lace name/band. Under no circumstances may you sell Grace and Lace products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.
Cancellations: We do our best to ship items within 3 business days and because of this the window for cancelling orders is very short. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing we are no longer able to cancel your order.
Order Changes: Due to processing time and inventory counts, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it. Please take this into consideration if you plan to promote our items online before receiving your order!
Returns/Exchanges: All wholesale orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned Mail: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and shipping and handling will need to be re-paid before we will send the package again.
Lost/Damaged by Post Office: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us at [email protected] and we will direct with how to file a claim with UPS. Thank you for your understanding with this.
Damaged Items/Order Errors: Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames stated within our policies.
Damaged Replacements: Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected. Please note, should you decide to sell damaged items at a discount, we cannot extend any discounts to you.
Coupon codes do not apply to wholesale partners. We cannot accept discount codes or shipping codes for our wholesale accounts.
Violation of any Grace and Lace wholesale policy will result in account termination.
Do you allow exchanges/returns on wholesale orders?
All orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Can you use my carrier for my international order?
Because we have a partnership with UPS , we use them to ship all orders
I have multiple locations for my boutique but created just one account online; how do I place orders for all when I need them shipped to different locations?
When you check out, you have the option to enter in a new address or use an existing one from your "address book". Boutiques with multiple locations can create a new address when they check out. Once that address is created and used in an order, the next time you order you can select that address from your address book.
Can I use your pictures to help promote the product on my Facebook page/online?
Absolutely! We just ask that you not alter the pictures in any way, and that the Grace and Lace watermark remain visible due to our trademark.
Duties and Clearance Taxes: International wholesale buyers are responsible for all duty and clearance taxes that will be billed by UPS. (These charges can be up to 35%.) Orders will be shipped with appropriate NAFTA/country of origin forms -- duties/fees will be the responsibility of the receiver. If you have any questions regarding billed duties and taxes, please contact UPS at 800-PICKUPS (742-5788).
