Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing on all in-stock items shipped via USPS First-Class, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority.
In-stock orders expedited via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver will ship the following business day*
HOLIDAY ORDERS: we recommend upgrading to a guaranteed delivery service, such as: UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air Saver.

Orders containing pre-ordered or back-ordered items are unable to ship the following business day.
These orders will ship via the expedited shipping method selected at checkout, once all items are in stock.


[International Customers]
International Post orders ship on Fridays only.
Orders do not ship until the entire order (including pre-ordered and back-ordered items) is available for shipping.
International shipments include tracking, but do not include the cost of tariffs or customs.

Credit cards are charged in full at point of sale rather than at point of shipment. Credit card authorization and verification must be obtained before orders can be fulfilled.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please Note:  UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

BACK-ORDERED & PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

U.S. ORDERS: All back-ordered and pre-ordered items ship separately from in-stock items in one final shipment, so that as a courtesy to you, in-stock items may arrive to you sooner. Approximate shipping dates of pre-ordered and back-ordered items are indicated on the listing’s drop-down menu as, “Early” (1st-10th of the month), “Mid” (10th-20th of the month), or “Late” (20th-31st of the month).  These dates are our best estimates and are subject to change at any time. Subsequent shipping methods are chosen at our discretion. You will receive a confirmation email when the remainder of your order ships.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders containing back-ordered or pre-ordered items will ship in one shipment as soon as the entire order is available for shipping.

MAIL

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES/TAXES: To remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipments as "gifts". Therefore, you will be charged customs taxes on the items you purchase from us. Thank you for your understanding with this.

LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us via our contact page and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service. Thank you for your understanding with this.

RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to Grace and Lace. If the package does return, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only.
